Official transcripts of credits are only available through
MyWNCC Portal or upon written request.

No transcript will be released until all financial obligations to the College have been satisfied.

Transcripts of the student's academic record are issued without charge.

Transcripts issued to students will be marked as such.

Follow these steps to request an official copy of your WNCC transcripts:

1. You must know your WNCC user name and password
All current and former students can obtain this information through the Account Desk link in MyWNCC.

2. Log in to "MyWNCC Portal"

3. Select "My Official Transcript - Request Copies" and complete the form

You will be required to log in a second time, using the same information you use to access MyWNCC Portal.

You can also view/print your WNCC course history and final grades through the View Unofficial Transcript link.
