Associate of Occupational Studies Degree
The Corporate Academy AOS Degree is customized to meet the needs of Cabela’s employees wishing to pursue higher education and professional development. WNCC is designated as and functions as Cabela’s training partner. The two-year Corporate Academy AOS Degree is granted upon completion of a series of customized Skill Awards designed to meet Cabela’s, required general education courses, electives, and designated core courses. This program is customized around the Cabela’s needs and specifications, maximizing flexibility in the delivery of instruction and designed for working adults. It includes a built-in “Achievement Ladder” for enrollees to progress toward the AOS Degree.
