The Scottsbluff Campus main structure is comprised of three classroom areas, an academic computing center, a theatre/music area, a 2,201 seat gymnasium, and a comprehensive library, and interactive video distance learning classrooms. Pioneer Hall is a three-level residence hall for both male and female students. Attached to this facility is the Pioneer Activity Center.

HATC continues to offer effective, affordable and customized training tailored to the needs of your business. Classes are offered on-site or at any WNCC location and are delivered through online, distance learning or traditional classroom methods.

The Sidney Campus is located off Interstate 80 at 371 College Drive in Sidney. The facility houses two computer classrooms, a Library Resource Center with an Education Success Lab, and interactive video distance learning classrooms. The Sidney Campus is home to the only public institution of Cosmetology in the State of Nebraska, and an FAA approved Aviation Maintenance program that provides hands-on training.

The Alliance Campus is located at 1800 Sweetwater Avenue, in the Alliance Learning Center along with the Alliance Public library. Residents of Alliance and the surrounding area have numerous programs from which to choose, including general education, Practical Nursing, and the newly developed Powerline and Construction & Maintenance Technology program.
