    Western Nebraska Community College Art Instructor Yelena Khanevskaya is the featured artist for the month of November inside the Nebraska governor's residence.  The Nebraska Arts Council pronounced Khanevskaya one of 13 artists who are featured in the Governor's Residence Exhibition Program during the 2012-13 season.
