    Western Nebraska Community College Foundation is pleased to announce that it has met and exceeded the $8.95 million goal for its WNCC Works: Expanding the Possibilities Campaign. In just 21 months, a total of $9.6 million has been contributed to support student success at WNCC.     Western Nebraska Community College today announced that it has received a $100,000 gift from First State Bank to support student success and technology upgrades. As part of the WNCC Works: Expanding the Possibilities campaign, the gift will enable the college to expand SMART classroom technology on its Scottsbluff campus.
