Employers May Now Reserve Space for the Job Fair, March 24 at the Harms Advanced Technology Center of NE

SCOTTSBLUFF, February 25, 2016 – With the still uncertain economy, it is now more important than ever to fill open work positions with quality applicants. If you are an employer or a direct sales representative and need to develop a pool of quality applicants for your next opening, reserve your booth at Job Fair 2016, Thursday, March 24, 3 to 7 p.m. at the Harms Advanced Technology Center of NE (across 27th Street from the WNCC Campus).

This annual event provides employers a great opportunity to showcase their companies to prospective job candidates. In years past, the Job Fair attracted more than 40 employers and 550 job seekers with a wide range of experience.

To receive a booth registration form, contact Debbie Flowers, Director of Business and Personnel Services, the Star­Herald, at 308­632­9008. Registrations must be received no later than March 18. Registrations received after that date will be subject to a late charge. Sponsors of this year’s Job Fair include Western NE Human Resource Management Association (formerly Platte Valley Human Resources Association), the Star­Herald, Western Nebraska Community College, KNEB AM 960 and FM 94.1, Scottsbluff/Gering United Chamber, KOTA Territory TV, Workforce Development and Bluffs Broadcasting.
