Welcome to Cougar Athletics Dear Athletes: Welcome to WNCC Cougar Athletics. This site is specially designed for the student athletes interested in coming to WNCC or currently enrolled. Here, you will find the policies that govern Cougar athletics, both on and off the playing surface. You will also see the different forms that need to be filled out and returned to the athletic department. At the left, you will see the Athletic Handbook, the Alcohol and Drug Policy, Travel Procedures, and the athletic forms that can be downloaded, filled out and returned.
