The Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technican program prepares students for business careers in computer software and hardware support and equips them for entry-level positions in the information technology field. The program also prepares them to use various types of software to solve business problems and acquaints students with networking, and operating systems. Upon completion of this program, students are prepared to pursue industry certifications and apply their knowledge to the solution of computer problems in business and industry.
