An ability to offer instruction in Basic Reading, and Reading Techniques will enhance an applicants eligibility.  Teaching responsibilities are at both the WNCC Sidney and Alliance campuses (75 miles distance between), primary assignment being in Sidney, Nebraska.  Travel will be required.  Priority will be given to learning-centered instructors with a willingness and ability to offer courses using electronic media (online, hybrid, and interactive TV).  Coordination with mentors and Division Chairs on curricular development and delivery is a necessary function of the job.Masters in English or comp/rhetoric, or in a closely related field along with substantiated experience which indicates the ability to fulfill the job requirements and meet accreditation standards; willingness to accommodate learning style needs of traditional, non-traditional, foundations-education learners, and at-risk students; and community college teaching experience preferred.
