Live Support
In an effort to provide the best possible support to all of our students and other visitors to the Western Nebraska Community College website, the college recently launched a new Live Support system. Several departments at WNCC currently offer online Live Support services, and it is the goal of these departments to offer as much live support online as is possible--in order to provide the best possible service to our students and other website visitors. When staff members of these departments are online and available to chat, the icon on their respective pages will show an online status. Simply click on this icon and you will be connected with the appropriate person. After business hours or when staff members are offline, away from their desks, or otherwise unavailable to provide support, visitors have the option to send an e-mail request. Staff members will respond to your e-mail request as quickly as possible. The typical hours of operation for each department vary and depend largely on the day of the week, the time of day, the time of year, and the staff available. Visitors to the website should never expect to receive Live Support service outside of the normal hours of operation. During fall and spring semesters, Western Nebraska Community College operates from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (MT) Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (MT) on Friday. During the summer, the college operates from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (MT) Monday through Friday. Western Nebraska Community College is closed on all major holidays.
