1.
Make
sure you know your WNCC login and password. If you don't know
it, find it here.

Make sure you have activated BOTH your WebMail and
WebAdvisor accounts. If you aren't sure, do it here.
(If you have, in the past, already
activated your WebAdvisor account, use this to reset the password
to the default if you have forgotten your password.)
3. Log
in to the Planning Schedule System here.
4. Select a
category in each of the following areas: Division, Site, Time
Range, and Semester. When
finished making your selections, click "Continue"

View
the available courses. When
finished making your selections, click "Continue".
Your selections will display at the bottom of the screen.

When finished entering your selections, click "Submit
Selections for Approval"--This button is located at the
bottom of the screen. Next, you will see a screen that displays
your selections and any other registration related information
that you might need. You MUST click CONTINUE
on this last screen to finish your submission!!!
7. You
will need to wait for advisor approval (and the day registration
opens) before you can continue with registration.
You may log back into the system at any time to check the progress
of your planning schedule, or you can check for notification
in your WNCC WebMail account, if you have one. At the bottom
of your screen, you will see a listing of your proposed
courses. Those classes requiring advisor approval
will have a checkbox for removal.
P-indicates
the course is still pending advisor approval.
A-indicates the course has been approved by
your advisor.
R-indicates you have already completed the
registration process for this course.
8.
When your selections have been approved, you will see
a new button at the bottom of your planning schedule.
Click the "WebAdvisor" button to move to
the final step of online registration. You
can only complete this step after the registration
period opens for any given term.
9.
Log in to WebAdvisor using your default username and
password. You will be required by WebAdvisor
to change this password immediately. Be sure to use something
you will remember!
10. Your approved courses will display on a WebAdvisor
screen. Click "Submit" to complete the registration
process. (You may, at this point, remove
a course you've decided against taking by simply removing the
check mark next to the course name. Submitting
your registration indicates you
are accepting financial responsibility for the courses.)
11. Close
ALL browser windows when finished.
